    All Gulf News print subscribers get automatically enrolled into the Good Living program. To subscribe to Gulf News, please visit store.gulfnews.com or call 800 45 85 or email circ@gulfnews.com

  • 3.I am a Gulf News subscriber. How can I access my Good Living benefits?

    To participate and enjoythemembership benefits,just download the free, all-new Gulf News Good Livingmobile app on your iPhone® and Android™ devices.

    Once you've downloaded the app, complete the easy-to-follow registration process,create your login details and get started.

  • 4.The Gulf News subscription is under my name. Can my spouse or kids access Good Living?

    Yes, your spouse and kids can also access yourmembership benefits available to you during the Gulf News subscription term.

    All they have to do isdownload the freeGulf News Good Living app on their iPhone® and Android™ devices,follow the registration process, create their login andenter your subscription information.

    An email will be sent informing you ofyour partner’s registration. This is to prevent misuse of your exclusive benefits.

  • 5.Will I be charged if my Good Living benefits are used by my spouse or kids?

    There is no fee on your Good Living membership. The benefits can be shared and accessed by the primary Gulf News subscriber, the spouse and children for free.

  • 6.Can I register myself and my family members on the Good Living program through the website?

    Yes, you can also follow the registration and authentication process on the Good Living website. You can now use your Good Living login details to access all the offers and competitions on both website as well as the mobile app.

  • 7. As a primary subscriber, I have received my Good Living card with my subscription welcome kit. Would my spouse or kids also receive a card of their own?

    Sorry, we have discontinued the supplementary Good Living card for spouse or family member. Your spouse or family members can access the Good Living offers by registering on the website or the mobile app (available on playstore and Appstore).

  • 8. I have the Good Living booklet with me. Do I still need to download the Good Living mobile app?

    Your Good Living membership benefits are only accessible through the mobile app and the website, including redeeming premium and saver discount offers viaMvoucher and participating in all our fortnightly and monthly competitions.

    The Good Living booklet that you have received with your subscription welcome kit is a reference book. You cannot use the book to redeem any offers or participate in our competitions.

  • 9. What is GL Gifts?

    GL Gifts is a fortnightly raffle promotion. As a Good Living member, you can participate for a chance to win free shopping worth AED 10,000 from some of the premier lifestyle brands in the UAE.

    There are only two ways to take part in the raffle – participate through the Good Living mobile app or SMS the promotion code to 5090.

  • 10. Can my spouse or kids participate in the GL Gifts promotion?

    Yes, your partner and kids are also free to participate in all our raffle competitions. This also increases your chances of winning. However, to be qualified for the draw, please ensure the following:

    a)They are registered on the Good Living website / Mobile app and have been confirmed by you as a family member.

    b)Their mobile numbers are registered with Gulf News against your primary subscription number. To register the mobile numbers, please call 8004585.

  • 11.I am interested to partner with Good Living on the raffle promotion. Whom do I contact to discuss the partnership possibilities?

  • 12.Can I continue to participate in the Good Living raffle promotions if I have won previously?

    Absolutely! You and your family members registered on the Good Living program have unlimited access to all the benefits during your Gulf News subscription term. You can participate in all our competitions and promotions as a valid subscriber.

  • 13.Can I participate in the raffle promotions while I am away from the country?

    You can participate in our raffle promotions even when you are overseas on a temporary visit. However, in this particular scenario, participation is possible only through the Good Living mobile app.

    To be an eligible contestant, you need to meet all of the following criteria:

    • a.Be a resident of the UAE
    • b.Be an active Gulf News print subscriber
    • c.Register onthe Good Living mobile app
    • d.Register your mobile number with Gulf News
  • 14.What is GL Traveller?

    GL Traveller is a fortnightly raffle promotion.As a Good Living member, you can participate for a chance to win amazing 'travel experiences'.

    You can participate in the raffle either through the Good Living mobile app or by submitting the promotion code via SMS to 5090.

  • 15.I won the GL Traveller for a certain destination; however, I do not wish to visit that destination. Will I be reimbursed in cash?

    In case you do not wish to visit the winning destination, you can endorse the holiday package to any person of your choice. The winning package cannot be reimbursed in cash. The holiday package must be redeemed within three months ofparticipation.

  • 16.What is GL Treasure?

    GL Treasure is a monthly raffle promotion open to all Gulf News subscribers. As a Good Living member, you can participate for a chance to win gold vouchers worth AED 30,000 every month.

    You can participate in the raffle either through the Good Living mobile app or by submitting the promotion code via SMS to 5090.

  • 17.Can I send all promotion codes through a single SMS?

    No. To be eligible for the raffle, you are required to send separate / individual participation SMS for each promotion you wish to take part in.

  • 18.What is GL Invites?

    GL Invites is yet another exciting raffle promotion which brings you the opportunity to win exclusive invitation to signature events in the UAE. You can now look forward to attending international music concerts, classical concerts, theatre, popular sporting events and more.

    You can participate in the raffle either through the Good Living mobile app or by submitting the promotion code via SMS to 5090.

  • 19.Is participation to the raffle promotions free?

    Each entry for the raffle promotions will be charged at AED 1, including participation through the mobile app.

  • 20.What is the validity period of the Good Living discount offers?

    All our offers are valid for redemption between 15th November 2014 and 31st October 2015, excluding public holidays and other specific days. Please refer to the individual terms and conditions of the participating outlets to confirm exclusions and additional redemption notes.

  • 21.I subscribed to Gulf News mid-year. My copy of the Good Living booklet states that these free membership benefits are valid only until 31st October. Will I receive additional benefits for the remaining period of my subscription term?

    Gulf News Good Living is a rolling program. As soon as the validity of the current offers end, the program gets refreshed with a new set of benefits and offers made accessible to you until the end of your subscription term.

  • 22.Will my app be linked to my account on the Good Living website?

    Yes, please use the same username and password to access your account on the Good Living website as well as the mobile app. You will be able to update your preferences, track your activity, participation history on both the website as well as the app.

  • 23.How many discount offers do I have access to on my Good Living membership?

    You have access to all the discount offers and competitions featured in the Good Living app and website. We have hundreds of discount offers for you to choose from over nine distinct themes, namely, Fine Dining, Casual Dining, Shopping, Beauty & Wellness, Health & Fitness, Adventure & Leisure, Children, Home & Garden and Services.

  • 24.How do I redeem the Good Living discount offers?

    There are three simple ways to redeem the Good Living offers.

    • a)Through Mvoucher

      Search for the offer you wish to redeem. Then click on the 'Download Voucher' button to download the Mvoucher to your account on the Good Living app. When you are at the merchant outlet, show the downloaded voucher. The merchant will either enter their pin number on to your downloaded voucher screen or scan the bar code on the voucher to acknowledge their acceptance of the offer.

    • b)Through printed voucher

      Search for the offer you wish to redeem. Then click on the 'Download Voucher' button. Once you have completed the action, you will receive an email with the voucher details. Simply carry a print out of that email to the outlet at the time of redemption. The merchant will keep the voucher copy with them to acknowledge their acceptance of the offer.

    • c)Through Good Living card

      When you are the merchant outlet, present your Good Living card to the staff at the time of payment. The merchant will note your membership number to acknowledge their acceptance of the offer.

  • 25.When dining or shopping in groups, how many offers can I redeem at a particular merchant outlet?

    If the offer is a flat discount on the total bill, for example: 20% off on your total bill, then only one offer per group is applicable.

    If it is a buy one get one free offer, redemptions will be as per the table below, unless specified otherwise or if the offer is capped per subscriber. Please refer to the individual offer terms and conditions for more information.

    1-3 persons 1 free offer redeemable

    4-5 persons 2 free offers redeemable

    6-7 persons 3 free offers redeemable

    8 persons and more 4 free offers redeemable

  • 26.Can I share my printed or mobile offer vouchers with my family and friends?

    Yes you can share your printed or Mvouchers with your family and friends. To redeem the Mvouchers, your family or friends need to download the app and login. Family members can create their own account on the app and link it to your primary Gulf News subscription. However, in case of friends, they will need to login to your account with your username and password to redeem the Mvoucher.

  • 27.I have downloaded the Good Living mobile app; however most of the discount offers and all competitions appear locked.

    You may have limited access to the Good Living benefits due to any of the reasons below:

    • a) You are not a Gulf News subscriber

      Solution: Visit store.gulfnews.com to subscribe to Gulf News today and get automatically enrolled into the Good Living program. You can also call our customer support at 8004585 to subscribe.

    • b) You have not registered on the website or the mobile app

      Solution: Click on the Register button and follow the steps to register and authenticate your registration.

    • c) You are a family member of the primary Gulf News subscriber, and have also registered on to the mobile app;however, you haven’t authenticated your relation with the primary subscriber.

      Solution: Go to My Account tab under settings on the mobile app or on the top navigation of the website and enter any one of the required details of the primary subscriber to be confirmed as a Good Living member.

  • 28.I tried searching for nearby offers, however the list does not seem to refresh.

    To ensure the nearby offers are updated, please verify whether your phone location setting is on. Alternately, you can also try exiting and restarting the mobile app. However, if you still face the same problem, please call our customer support at 8004585.

  • 29.Can I access the Good Living offers from a different device?

    Your Good Living account is not linked to any particular device. To access the offers, all you need to do is download the Good Living app and login with your username and password. But please note, the app is currently available for download only on Android™ and iPhone® devices.

  • 30.I don't own any Android™ and iPhone® devices. How do I access my Good Living benefits?

    You can also access your Good Living benefits through our website on the desktop or through the mobile site on your smart phone.
